Terms of use
These terms cover the Oakferry Games applications and this website. Using either means you accept them.
The licence you get
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you control, for your own enjoyment. You may not resell them, redistribute them, or pull them apart and ship the pieces as your own.
What belongs to whom
The games, their names, their code and their artwork belong to Oakferry Games Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
Purchases
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play under Google's own terms. They unlock content inside the game and confer nothing outside it. Refunds go through Google Play. See the support page for how to ask.
What we do not promise
The games are provided as they are. We work to keep them running well, but we cannot promise they will be free of faults, or that they will run on every device and every version of Android. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using them.
Changes
We may update these terms as the games change. The date above moves when they do. Continuing to use the games after a change means you accept the updated terms.
